This company was formed in 2011 to develop a scalable impact investment model for institutional capital entering the field of sustainable agriculture. The company will be managed and partially owned by Iroquois Valley Farms LLC, an established entity with a successful five year track record of operations. The minimum investment amount will be $250,000, or about the cost of a 40 acre farm in many of the current farmland markets. Initially there will be a seven year exit structure for members.
